Great customer service and easy-to-use products

PROS

I searched around for the products they offer elsewhere and tried several competitors' but nothing beats their software.

CONS

It's not as robust as some of the others, but you just can't beat the price and customer service.

Through PaddleHR, our employees could perceive opportunities and the next viable job within the organization, which was of tremendous help as retaining talent reduced further costs that come with fresh recruits.

PROS

Paddle HR is a career pathing solution that helps match current employees with new jobs within the organization, saving recruiting costs. PaddleHR's algorithm leverages HR data to decrease employee attrition and improve internal mobility by tackling the lack of career growth opportunities.

CONS

I have not found any significant cons with the software with PaddleHR.
