Overall Outstanding!

I have been working with this company for many years now and there has been bumps in the road but at the end of the day they have made a great product that keeps things organized supporting company growth. I would highly recommend this company!

Pros

Speed is consistent allowing you to work efficiently. Accessing from everywhere including phone to get your jobs out.

Cons

From time to time have hiccups!

Import and export feature limited functionality

Pros

Easy to manage the CRM, good customer support.

Cons

limited functionality to end-user. ex: resync the database of p21, I have to wait up to do by the database team. Sime issue with Import and export. Limited feature to do by myself.
