Customer service is amazing!!! They help whenever you need them, even with video chat to really help understand how to use everything.

The support guys are amazing and will do almost anything to help.

Some features that competitors have are missing such as hiding attributes for certain products and using workflows.

Being able to manage large volumes of data for multiple channels each with its own requirement was always a challenge. Plytix has been a great help and made the work so much easier to manage.

Can't tag my colleagues in tasks, as to allocating traslations or infos added. It is a pity because it is a collaborative tool.

Once you're in a form it's easy to navigate around the form quickly. I can fill out many fields rapidly with the push of just a few buttons.

Very userfriendly software with unlimited bulk import options which saves a lot of time and is very efficient. The customer service very patient and helpful and is alway available.

The exporting requires choosing  which data columns to export. The PDF catalog feature is limited as we cannot choose the size of the product image.

Everything is simple and clear to navigate through.

Not much to complain about, because the team is still relatively small it can take a while for some suggestions to be implemented but this is more of an inconvenience than an issue.

PIM helps us to manage product information and cut down on the manual process we need to do especially when we need to integrate the product information into our other platforms.

Our wish is to be able to generate beautifully arranged and visually appealing data sheets with Index.

It was very easy to set up and we had our first connection with our website within a few days.

It's really easy to use and customer service/support is by far the best I have ever experienced in any industry. If your a beginner or Pro you'll be able to use this software at ease.

As a librarian who has not worked in a library for over 20 years, I find ResourceMate extremely user friendly and simple to use.

I don’t use the reports because I find them a little confusing.

There was an error message that showed up about liscence expired (but liscence actually doesn't not required at all) and they made me pay $80 just to figure out why that window poped up.

Each location is its own collection and all locations are searchable on the OPAC. I find this very helpful.

Over 16,000 books and 1500 DVDs are being tracked and checked in and out to some 1250 prison inmates.

Our Grade 2 students benefit greatly in being able to quickly find books at their specific reading level for their classroom book bins.

Fields cannot be renamed (to my knowledge). It is very difficult to custom design printouts, without mounting a steep learning curve.

I have no opinion yet since we have just purchased the software.

We made use of Resourcemate's trial version to discover these amazing features.

Our library is still using a card catalog  and I like not having to use a typewriter to set up each card. The print option for cards is fabulous.

I appreciate that RM is always improving the software. The new OPAC allows us to improve on the presentation which is most desirable.

The benefits were great to start with but have deteriorated for tiny libraries with simple needs and a volunteer staff.

An important feature of the company itself is its great customer service and tech support.

Originally, and this was some years back, it was easy to use, uncomplicated, and inexpensive.

There are still features that I am learning, but we use it every day. It is nice to have all our books listed in the same place.

I like Searching other databases to help catalog my books. I can find Dewey# and subjects to pick from to suit my library.

I have been very pleased. I set up my whole library using this database.

I participated in the instructional opportunities provided to users which were quite helpful and deepened my  understanding of how to use the program more effectively.

The institution saved some money for training on the usage of Resourcemate.

The software has been user-friendly and the learning curve for basic functions has been stress-free. I particularly appreciate the ISBN retrieval feature when onboarding new items.

We've let our subscription lapse and probably won't ever renew it as your product no longer meets our needs.

The stability of this software is its best characteristic. The software code is well-written and very stable.

It is easy to search for an entered title, and make changes if they need to be made. The price is within the available budget.
