But the power really shows when you run a query. Caterease is a superb tool and also it is intuitive, fun to use and cool to look at.

Logging in and lack of mobile availability:  From a PC, you have to log into a citrix client before accessing your application.

This alone has cut our time it takes to prepare, schedule and collect payment for every event we create in half, if not more.

I am impressed, not only with the program but your customer service. The program is everything I could have hoped for and continually saves me time and money, also your customer service is impeccable.

I love the ability to pull simple reports quickly and permission settings.

I could go on for days about why I love Caterease.

Caterease kept all of my work schedule running smoothly, it was a bit of a pain for inventory tracking but it can be done.

I've added all kinds of things to my program since we started and not only does it keep getting better, it's still super easy to use. Do your business a favor and get Caterease.

Finally after a few months we took a loss on the money and abandoned the program all together.

Overall, Caterease is a blessing in the event planning industry. From detailed client reports, to custom event prints, it truly covers all the bases and helps things to run more smoothly.

The support of the Caterease help desk is also fantastic. When your business is so reliant on a program like this it is vital the back up support is quick and efficient.

Scheduling staff for events is a breeze. With multiple events displayed at once, we can click and drag staff to the event best suited for them.

It's easy to view in calendar mode and helps to see what shifts are still 'open. Easy to connect Caterease software to Nowsta so downloading shifts was pretty quick.

Nowsta has been a wonderful and needed investment.

The ability to 'clock in' within a certain proximity to the event space is a wonderful feature for us too.

The app can be sluggish. You need either WIFI connection or available data to connect to the app.

There needs to be an offline mode in the time clock app for locations that have no service.

So far my experience with Nowsta has been nothing but GREAT. The gal that was assigned to help me get everything set up ( Aimee Bridges ) was and is still SO AMAZING.

From start to finish, the software is easy to use/learn, provides great analytics and the customer service far exceeds expectations.

Integration with catering software & ease of use.

Nowsta has been fairly responsive to our requests to improve the product and their customer service is fantastic and quick to respond (and troubleshoot issues).

They are very quick at getting back and happy to help with any issue or question. Nowsta is easy to learn and execute and also easy for the staff to manage as well.

I work in the catering field and you never really know the exact time an employee will leave, so you still have to pull a report to get an exact amount of hours worked.
