Pros/Cons

Pros
This saves so much time and basically pays for itself in the end! I love all the customizable features available and I recommend this to any event company/coordinator!
It is incredibly convenient to help run my business out of. Having everything in one place makes life so much easier.

Cons
As with any software, there are bugs/glitches, etc. but the support teams works quick to fix them and update the software with changes.
the tracing function was in need of improving but the programs itself updates and adapts frequently

Pros
I love the ability to easily take inventory. Inventory used to be such a difficult process for me and now I barely sweat it. It's also very easy to use.
The software was good and easy to train the staff on how to check there paystubs and such.

Cons
I love everything about this service and will continue to use it but I do think pricing is a little high.
The ease of use in the design is great. But this does you no good when there is no data to support your managing efforts. And the reporting that is there, does not match the POS.
