We have used the software for years and the only reason we kept it is because it was the first software we ever used. But it breaks down constantly, hasn't been updated in YEARS, doesn't work on apple, no app, no easy way to send payments, no one can ever sign the contracts, looks super bad from the customers standpoint and probably the worst software my business uses by a mile!

It allows us to focus on selling and servicing our guests rather than getting bogged down in administrative data entry.

While the integration is powerful, the setup phase requires a lot of attention to detail to get right. If you do not map your room types correctly from the start, you can run into syncing errors that take time to troubleshoot.
