Pros
This is very user friendly; I never have issues trying to navigate my way around and its functionality is great!
It's quick and easy; very user friendly...I love that someone is always there to respond, no matter what time or what day of the week!

Cons
purveyors fail sometimes to let us know on a timely manner of items they do not have in stock.
Hmmmmm... that my favorite Chefmod people don't work 24 hours.

Great Customer Support. Consistency from section to section. Ease of use. Speed of screen updating.
I love that it's very user friendly and essential in order for me to keep my clients and menus organized.

Cons
It sometimes has glitches. I usually point them out and they get fixed sooner or later. The phone app needs real help.
TPP has a mobile phone app, that is adequate, but could be better.
