although the process seem to be repeated but in the end make user easy to refer.

Aerochef Application system

For me, its improved a lot compared to early stage that we buy this software because we need to fulfill our requirements from user and management. Consultant always support, assist and shared ideas to find the solutions.

Pros:

Aerochef Application is one of airlines catering system that use a lot of module and user but related each other. Aerochef system helps us to create transactions with a minimum step and a lot of report can be use for analysis purposes.

Cons:

I think there are no feature that user can develop their report by themselves which is without assistance by consultant to develop that report required. I don't know. Maybe it's quite difficult to teach user that no knowledge about IT.

Inventory and Menu management are some of the important features.

Cons:

A feature that enable us to know which item (composite meal and item inventory) has been comsumed more during a momth.

One of the best features that I liked about AeroChef is their ability to handle multiple orders in real time. This lets us manage our inventory with relative ease.

Cons:

I felt that the reporting hierarchy in the MIS Dashboards could be simplified/ improved. This would let us gather better insights.

Inventory and order management functionalities can be done easily using AeroChef. The product is also easy to use and doesn't involve complicated steps to get things done.

Cons:

I believe Galley planning and its workflow could have been simplified so that it ensures ease of progression
