PeachWorks is a great product and easy to use. We have saved 2% on our food costs using their products.

This has been a very negative experience for us & has caused us to begin searching for other viable options for ourselves & our franchise.

No direct vendor integration, but I hear they are trying. No GL integration, unless you are on legacy Quickbooks.

The system was easy to setup and the support is some of the best that I've ever experienced. Great Product, Great Team.

The greatest benefit of When I Work is the visual presentation of the schedule. I can see at a glance who the scheduled manager on duty is thanks to the color-coding.

It is easy to use a and is a bargain for the price.

And, having to assign a shift to someone else before dropping it makes it hard to undo shifts taken accidentally.

The customer service is excellent with When I Work, I really like the chat function. Makes communicating easy and quick.

It clears all of the potential confusions that may occur between employees and employers when it comes to scheduling properly. Also, I like how responsive their customer service is.

I like that it integrates into an app that is easy for the younger generation to use. I also like being able to color code shifts for ease when looking quickly.

Also, it has a great messaging tool that helps our managers communicate with their team members better.

When I Work lets users manage schedules and track time on mobile devices using native and browser-based apps.
