Every single time I try to do anything my tickets end up getting incorrectly assigned or routed. No one seems to understand the logic of their workflow.

There are no error messages when two technicians are in the same ticket trying to update the ticket.

Email connector service has broke at least 3 times and its currently been down for a week. Now we cannot close or edit tickets so its nearly impossible to track our work.

Our overall experience with the software is great. The vendor is a valued business partner and is always making improvements and asking how they can be better.

Overall, ChangeGear has been a great tool for NWE and we plan on growing the use of the application in the future.

The software is also easy to maintain. It's pretty much set it and forget it other than licensing changes each year.

I like the functionality. We used it for helpdesk and change management, worked great in both scenarios.

Also software is latent so difficult to use in a high speed work environment.

The licensing model is flexible and can scale easily. We selected the combine both the single user and site license option and this work great for our It team of 300+ users.

Considering our budget constraints, ChangeGear is currently a great tool for our organization. We are exited about the new and improved service catalog module.

The version that we are currently on makes it difficult for Service Desk staff to know what is in their workload, but the next version of the software is changing this.

Sometimes, not often, tickets will disappear. This has only happened twice in two years.

Solid software solution for ticketing and project management.

ChangeGear was loved by all because of it's functionality. I would say it was my favourite service management application.

My company has been using ChangeGear for approximately two years. We love the product's ease of use, administration and feature sets.

Easy to understand the flow and good in getting alerts and notifications. Very good as a ticketing system.

The email notification and rules within the Email Connector allow tickets to be worked/processed/closed all through email responses.

It fully integrates into your environment and provides tools for you to use to better manage everything from issues and service requests to knowledge and assets.

Creating forms is rather clumsy and if you make a mistake, it takes some time to correct it.

Great, easy to use tool that provides customization capabilities to fit almost any business need.

Our customers are enjoying the ease of use. The creation of a ticket by email helps our customers that are out in the field daily.

We ran into so many operational flaws and deficiencies that we finally had to drop ChangeGear after only one year of use.

Certain customizations you need to know what you're doing or you can do some damage.

Overall, I have had good experience with ChangeGear as a technical support specialist.

UI is pretty simple and good as well. While taking backup is a little bit tough but overall it's a very good product for code management.

Little tough to integrate from command prompt on windows or mac. I can't find any other defects or bugs in this software.

Great UI, easy to use, GitLab helps to manage projects easily, easy to review code, GitLab API is easy to use in your project.

We are very happy and pleased to use the tool. Our ci-cd and approval / reviewer workflows are fully supported; this allows are agile practices taken to reality.

The great community that manages to carry out the effectiveness of a project is so fascinating that it maintains its daily use.

I love the mobile app offered by this product and in addition to this it has a very user friendly UI,it is easy to set up and is free.

From the get go, GitLab has been amazing to work with. It was a breeze to integrate their API, too.

I do have some complaints about it. I hope that newer versions will make my complaints obsolete.

GitHub is a tool that helps you in your day to day and allows you to quickly advance in your work, it is very complete and you can find within it all kinds of things that can help you.

I would say that it is not easy to upgrade or migrate to a new server. If any function fails, the rest usually fail.

It is best secure platform to make my code go there, and it is also best in pushing and pulling my code.

Wonderful community, welcoming atmosphere, pleasant to work with all the employees I've encountered.

The best part of it is that ,it's cost friendly nature which helps not only big but also small organisations.

It's superb we can recommend for anyone. If our commit has some conflict it shows how to resolve that step by step.

Sometimes when I rebase it can create problems in graph.

It is available in both community version and Enterprise version. Version control and code review made easy with gitlab.

Some of the directions from the developers are very vague. They forget that not everyone using the platform isn't a technician genius.

My only and “first” code versioning program ever. I really recommend it over any other solution out there, the features  are top and the repositories and GUI just look so professional and awesome.

Easy to use with a modern interface. Gitlab enterprise is a nice self hosted option with good project control.

There are also a good number of settings that allow you to control options such as how you want to handle merge commits, giving you complete control over your repository.

Good repository policies, paired with good storage capacity, and speed. Great product to manage large repos.

Great for tracking issues. I love how I can keep up with the projects that I am on and to see the progress of others.

Merge conflict solver is very confusing. I think GitLab team should come up with different design to solve the conflicts.

I imported around 30 repositories in a few steps so simple and easy. I really love it, I'd been use Github and Bitbucket in the past, and GitLab is much better.

Gitlab is a great repo manager for teams in need of private repositories, continuous development, and affordable prices.

The best versioning tool for development, I recommend it without hesitation.

They also have very good slack integration in the gitlab itself which will help the devs to communicate on the platform itself.

Good for organizations where you want to keep for repositories private. It has good features in cheap price.

There are some features missing or not implemented properly in Gitlab + the lack of funding makes it ver hard to expand on Gitlab and use it full time.

Don't forget the issue tracking it's really fun to use and support markdown making it much more awesome. The community edition is really amazing with community support is marvelous.

It is easy to use and it has several advance functionality that can help you to control e improve the quality of your work.
