So I missed the first few class snack sign ups.

The features in Bloomz is absolutely amazing. I am able to communicate with parents about student progress and set goals for their child to reach.

The app itself was confusing. It was not very user friendly and I had a difficult time getting started and getting my students' parents connected.

I have had parents think that they are invited to the event and it gets confusing.

I love the easy to use interface and the ability to share classroom news with families without having to send multiple emails, multiple texts, and making multiple phone calls.

I am happy that I am able to use the application on a mobile device and smartphone so that I am able to help parents and/or students at all times even when I am not at home.

Still a ways to go to make this app and effective and user friendly tool.

I loved being able to securely send messages to my child’s teachers and being able to connect with other parents that had kids in the same class.

Sometimes it’s hard to see the newest notification when you first get into the app.

Overall, I like the product and it  has made it easy to stay on top of what's going on in my daughter's class.

In addition, parents enjoyed receiving pictures, updates, and celebrations of the students at various school functions and field trips.

I enjoyed using Bloomz for the preschool I help teach in. It helped create an easy way to communicate with fsmilies.

I disliked the calendar function because it does not allow you to see a monthly view.

It's definitely an amazing tool for all education purposes.

Excellent interface and easy to use for teachers and parents.

Not standing out from any other communication forum tools - not sure why our school chose this one.

It is now hard to pass on those costs to parents because we don't use it for billing.

Messaging is also difficult. Parents cannot directly message their childs teacher to inform of sickness or other items.

I love being able to see pictures/videos of my kids. I love being able to view our bill on the app.

I like that I can pay my sons daycare with ease.

It takes forever to download the ones I do get, it's as if the server is too busy. This app is awful, i miss brightwheel terribly.

Unable to change tuition rate without first deleting the current plan. Inconsistent in the sorting process (parents sore on LAST name; children sort on FIRST name, etc).

My overall experience with Smartcare has been pleasant and convenient.

Customer service was great in helping me to understand the set up.

There is NO way to match what was charged from the parent to what was actually deposited into our bank account. They split the deposits up and bunch others up so it is impossible to track.

Unfortunately there is no API so integration with other products is someone limited. The reports are somewhat limited at times as well.

I don't have to add anything in to get everything they offer. My families have been happy since we moved.

I LOVE that this software interfaces with both staff and parents. It has been a game changer for communication within the daycare setting.

We haven't added the iPads to the classrooms. Worried about our teachers having their faces in the iPads and not watching the children.

The parents seem irritated when the app needs an update or the kiosk takes a long time to respond, I think a lot of the time loss is from slow internet in our area.

It has been a joy to be part of Smartcare's development and growth.

During system outage there is a lack of communication to end-users.

Completely internet based, so when the internet is down, you aren't able to do anything. Parents complain about the app not working frequently.

Billing and invoicing was EXTREMELY difficult to implement and bill due dates were confusing for both parents and us. Lots of downtime and terrible customer support.

Easy to learn and the support system is fantastic Lindsey has been amazing through the whole set up process.

My biggest problem currently is the integration of Quickbooks, our old software CCM exported into individual customer accounts.

Ease of use,  capabilities are fantastic, easily expandable to multiple offices, caregivers and staff enjoy using it.

The program has multiple features available that meet the needs of our program. Overall, it is very user friendly.

Customer service is great, they explain everything in detail. Parents like knowing when their kiddos are signed in and out.

It has been quite an adjustment getting used to this software...good and bad.

The great Customer Service is what gives me the patience while learning every aspect of the software.
