This coupled with it being a powerful all in one Nursery Management Software with Learning Journal capabilities is amazing. The customer service is always exemplary, friendly and helpful. In the two years we've been using Blossom the features added have made the product even more appealing and user friendly. #### Cons The only thing that would be on our wish list would be a meal register. #### Reasons for choosing Ovivio For the users of the product we wanted some hands on customer service and onboarding support and at the time Blossom was the one that made us feel confident this is what we would receive. As well as this we were made to feel like part of the family straight away. #### Reasons for switching to Ovivio Abacus had become stale and with little change in 8 years we started to look at other all in one systems for our group. I can get to most of what I need access to without any issues. I like the layout of my dashboard as it has everything I need to know as manager on a day to day basis at the touch of a button. I like the parent communication and how easy it is to add an observation, diary feed. #### Cons Sometimes, if something is updated it causes a glitch in another part of the software.
