-   Communication between parents and teachers is simple and updates to the premises or curriculum are easily communicated and we never have to worry about anyone losing access to the facility with the group messaging options available.
    
-   It doesn't connect to the lesson plans, so when you take a picture of a lesson plan that has developmental goals/milestones on it, it doesn't automatically upload that photo and lesson plan to that kids' portfolio. And you have to input everything separately.

-   Tadpoles was very simple to use from both a childcare provider and childcare administrator perspective and while I am sure there have been updates since I last used the software we had to use a separate software to track our enrollment and transitions.
    
-   The help desk and customer service was extremely slow and getting back to us in a timely manner.
