We were looking for something that would improve: (1) Our administration process (2) Save on Time (3) Cost Effective (4) User Friendly Cheqdin has surpassed all of our expectations, not alone that, but the on-going support from the team is impeccable. There was never an issue that was not resolved. A big shout out to "Lucy" for all her friendly support and we would have no hesitation in recommending Cheqdin. We were looking for a system to replace the use of paper registers and Excel spreadsheets to track attendance at our After School Club. I found CheqdIn from a Google search and contacted them for a demo. I had a very good call with the Product Manager and came away with a very good feeling towards the company and product. I've had my ups and downs learning the product and setting it up, but throughout have had amazing customer service - very personal, responsive and patient. Several of my suggestions have been taken on board and implemented in the product - this company is very customer focused and that has helped me to get past issues because I've trusted that an improvement will come in time. Some promised features have taken longer than expected to be released, but with the addition of the invoicing module and direct debit collection it is now a complete product for our needs. I had a lot to figure out for myself and luckily the site isn't too difficult to navigate. Your customer service team always appear on hand to talk through hurdles. The easy to use registers are great for your setting and been able to look at the children's information on apps, such as tags or contact details has been much easier. #### Cons The system appears slow, I thought it was our Wifi but actually where ever I use the website it takes an age to load causing delays and hold ups in the process.
