Pros/Cons
Pros
- Customer service is amazing, never experienced something like this. Sensitive content hidden] was brilliant, always helping me, answering any questions.
- SENSITIVE CONTENT] the development manager is amazing, so friendly and helpful and is always available to offer her help.
- Ease of use, fantastic follow up service with reps always so eager to help via email or the demo link.
Cons
- I was thrown in at the deep end when I started using Cheqdin with my manager going on long term sick leave.
- There is no option for the parents to cancel sessions. It would be really useful to be able to receive cancellations via cheqdin as we are using multiple platforms which can lead to errors.
- Sometimes struggle with feature being consistent with each function ie downloads, reminders etc.
Pros
- The support team is wonderful. Very helpful when I call with questions or need help navigating the program.
- Overall we are thrilled and the more we learn about what Procare can do, the happier we are with it.
- Our childcare likes Procare for its ease of use. Parents like it for the communication ability.
Cons
- They seem to have server problems all the time. They blame firewalls when we know it is not.
- Sometimes we have troubles after software updates and that causes some inconvenience.
- I am so disappointed (and on the hook with closed modules, they somehow cannot open) that I am considering making 'PROCARE STINKS" t-shirts for national & state conferences.
