Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Easy to use, customer support is great and timely, reports are clear and not too involved. Price is competitive. Manual is well written and extremely helpful.

  • Easy to use. I like that it has a web based option. Customer and tech support are awesome as well.

  • Cons

  • Each year when starting out with the billing it takes a couple billings to get everything in order, but after we get the kinks worked out its great!

  • it is visually/technically lacking. Looks very basic and outdated compared to newer aps. I would like to see an updated clockin/clock out box.

  • Pros

  • I have enjoyed using this system. It is easy to learn and the support system is awesome.

  • We love this software! It’s so easy to set you new families/students and pull up information. I love how easy it is to bill out everyone or just individuals.

  • Cons

  • Wait time for support can be horrendous sometimes. But, they are always efficient in getting the problem solved.

  • The cost would be the biggest drawback however it is well worth it. While the product might seem pricey at first the company's long history in the field prooves that it is a long term investment.
