Pros/Cons
Pros
- The interface is very intuitive and it makes the very simple things that you need to do easy to do like communicating with your care providers. It has lots of great little things.
- So great to keep up to date with my little one. I love the pictures that get integrated and the ability to easily communicate with the director and.
- The application is very easy to use and very friendly and I’m so happy to use it for my 2 children. The price is great and affordable.
Cons
- You can’t put in a student our parents address we put them in notes which was odd, the billing aspect is awful you can’t connect families, no immunization record keeping.
- I dislike that I am unable to see what my child ate and how long she napped for until the end of the day once the report is completed.
- I couldn’t even change my time-zone. I find it very ridiculous that I am not able to edit or manage my own account without paying for the premium service when I have no need for the premium features.
Pros
- We have had good experiences with the customer service accept of the system and help in how it functions.
- I love the way that parents are able to see the progress of their students and be able to be informed at their children's progress.
- My overall experience has been great. It takes some time to learn all you can do with it, but once you do it is a real aid to your work load and ability to support teachers.
Cons
- Not sure if this is our district's problem or the software, but for some reason, problems with it frequently have to be fixed.
- Navigating can be a bit confusing at times. There are a lot of windows to click on and if you don't write down directions, you will be stuck trying to remember how to get to a particular window.
- Sometimes you have to do the same thing in two different places which can be irritating.
