It is very comprehensive with lots of options for customization. It is easy to get up and running with some features, and then add in more as you go.

The product is easy to use and their customer service staff and training staff have been awesome.

Online integration, customer account access, customer tracking and billing. It's nice to have things automated so I can perform batch operations quickly and easily.

What I like most about the JackRabbit software is the ability to customize it to meet the needs of our school and our program here at Riverview Charter School.

This featured streamlined our registration process, and parents love the fact that almost every element of the required paper work for enrollment can be completed online.

Overall, Jackrabbit Care is excellent and we would highly recommend it.

I like how user-friendly the product is and the customer service.

With this being said, the silver lining is that I switched to ProCare and they have been extremely helpful in assisting me with starting over from scratch.

Use of the calendar and displaying staff schedules etc. not functional at all for us due to the rigidity of the format.

On top of all of the excellent features which far outweigh the issues we have had, Jackrabbit's customer service has been amazing.

I love that all of our needs are now in one program. Jackrabbit makes attendance, billing, registration, and so much more at your fingertip at one easy program.

This product meets the needs of our company. It is user friendly and the customer service is great.

However, once this former bookkeeper threatened Jack Rabbit with legal action, my account was closed in the middle of me billing.

If I need to change a payment or payment error, it takes too many steps.

Jackrabbit was an easy choice when switching to a new database. The easy of use and integration is great.

Entering varying  schedules is quite tedious. Also, there are very few editing options, so if you make a mistake, you have to delete and start over.

I really can't think of anything that I would complain about.

The amount of useless categories is overwhelming and completely unnecessary.

The best thing about the product is loading families and keeping records overall I have enjoyed this product, I love the ability to track payments, shot records etc.

Parents complain about the statements and how they read. They find it difficult even if I put in a specific date.

I really like the Group PIN feature as well as the “Who’s Scheduled to be Here” printout. The ability for parents to pay online is a great addition to our center.

We have used this product for years and have loved it. Everything at our fingertips.

I'm very new to the program and I've been able to self navigate through the software with ease.

I dislike the record time in/out option. It is a little time consuming and confusing.

I had to lie about the child's race or the app would not let me move forward. Why would I need to add a Hispanic child as a white child, with no way to bypass or add them correctly.

I am pretty new to using this software so i do not have a lot of bad to say about it at this time.

Software is working improper in my Xiaomi note 5 and I do not know the source of the problem.

I love that it is so user friendly and whenever I have a question the KidKare support bubble is amazing for answering questions.

This leads to errors in record keeping. I also moved from a CACFP account to a paid account and lost all my records and tax documents.

It often has technical issues and takes time to load. A couple of times caused error, which delayed the payment.

It offers accounting software. It also allows me to save a ton of time as well as money.

When I have had to call in for help the technical support has always been courteous and easy to work with and very helpful.

Ive had a great experience using kidcare...I can keep track of menus and attendance way better than paper ...i am better organized and can get my stuff in quickly thank you.

The only negative I had was that sometimes the automatic payment didn't work. This was more so early on.
