Pros/Cons
  • Pros

  • We use storyboard for our portfolios and I love the ability to customize the look of each one, I would love a way to separate them easily into folders, not just with tags.
  • I love that they are constantly asking for feedback, and incorporating what their customers need. We have been more than pleased with the technology, and all of the new additions.
  • Very user friendly for people like me because initially I was very apprehensive. Now love sending information to parents on a daily basis and got great feedback from parents.
  • Cons

  • M unable to load photos from my computer. This has been an ongoing problem for months.
  • I am the preschool office administrator and am often in a Storyboard at the same as a the director or a teacher. It is annoying that we can not collaborate on the Storyboard.
  • Namely the issues we have is that the newsletter does not translate to print well which doesn't really work for some of our families, and some families aren't seeing them which is a real shame.

  • Pros

  • QPage is so easy to use and helpful. I love the pipeline and being able to add assessments and emails that will go out automatically when a candidate reaches a certain step.
  • It has everything for small businesses to do recruiting easily. The UI is beautiful, easy to use, and pleasant.
  • It is easy to set up, well built, has a nice clean design, has an intuitive AI, and is good for managing new job posts.
  • Cons

  • The CV import feature is still a bit immature in that CV's with non standard layouts (such as with sidebars etc) can confuse the software and it imports the wrong information.
  • The platform is still in the early introduction stages and lacks customization. The recruiting process is hard to.cuatomize and I found it difficult to create custom notifications.
  • Unfortunately I feel I can't use the platform until I'm able to edit these emails or turn them off, but once that is fixed, I am anxious to continue to use QPage for my recruiting.
