-   Overall mykidreports is best and easy to use that what I liked the most as most of the softwares in the market are confusing and difficult to learn and this is where mykidreports comes an easy and helpful childcare management software.
    
-   It has occasional technical issues and limited customisation in some area although a little bit of price
    

-   One enhancement I would love to see is the ability to view projected income and child assignments for the next three months directly within the" Outgoing and Incoming tab".
    
-   This caused confusion for both our staff and families, requiring extra time to track down receipts, verify transactions, and manually adjust balances. Although customer support has been helpful, the issue has occurred multiple times, which can be frustrating for parents who believe they’ve paid on time.
