It’s nice to see when they start and end the naps! Cons: The interface is very clunky. The messaging back and forth is strange because sometimes we get messages on one tab and sometimes on the other. The intake form could be better as well or on its own tab entirely. Maybe this is daycare specific but the pictures they send are terrible. I’m guessing they have to use the iPads there to take the photos but they are grainy and blurry every time. Half of the staff doesn’t send them in the correct tab also so then we can’t even “heart” them to add them to the photo tab. For how far tech has come the app looks like a beginners coding app with a pretty basic looking interface. I love how easy it is to contact the service app and assistance. I also like that the layout is user friendly. I wish that the director profile was accessible within the app. It is frustrating that I have to manage the Director page only on webpage. Also, parents sometimes complain about the barcode not working with androids. It allows me to see if the education staff is checking the children in daily. It also let me see if a child still remains in the building and to follow up with the staff if a child remains at the end of the day or if we need to reach out to a parent. Cons: Cons: that the system does not have it by class or ABC order. It does have the parent name set up that way however larger sites would prefer it by classroom or the children's name in ABC order not the parent. Caseworkers should have able to enter this information in your system not just the managers.
