What made this possible was the excellent help/support. They really have a great team! This allows us to accurately and quickly see what slots we can fill. What a game changer! Cons: While Playground's Reports are much better than BrightWheel's, some key reports are missing. For example, there is a report to show expired staff documents (which is a great feature), but not a report to show what will be expiring soon. Find it challenging with having many different sections to post daily activities such as eating/napping, etc. Cons: The most difficult is the financial billing option. It is very difficult to understand, and to be honest the in person on boarding is too short and as a provider who has the time to sit and watch a video to figure it all out. So until I master it, the parents are all going crazy with the encounters.
