"It saves time with automated billing, attendance, payroll, and meal counts while also offering customizable reports for licensing and compliance."

"The system allows us to easily monitor attendance and provides a smooth check-in and check-out process for children, giving both staff and parents peace of mind."

"It also has afforded us the ability to know where each child in our program is every second of the day, which is great as we have well over 200 children who are constantly moving from one room to another, going outside or a bus line, wherever they are in the building we know at all times from the minute they walk in, until the minute they leave,"

"This caused confusion for both our staff and families, requiring extra time to track down receipts, verify transactions, and manually adjust balances. Although customer support has been helpful, the issue has occurred multiple times, which can be frustrating for parents who believe they’ve paid on time."

"My only real concern is that sometimes the app can be a bit slow and I have to wait a long write while trying to keep an eye on my kids for things to be submitted."

"Something that's frustrating for parents in that if they have a child at more than one of our locations they have different sign in pins for each location. While it's a small problem, I think having a sign-in pin specific to each person regardless of location would be nice."
