The system was cost-effective. I just felt that do the size of our center and clientele demands we needed a different system that would require less of my attention to the setup process. The data entry areas were simple and easy to use. Cons: We were unable to track our waitlist as easily as we have found we can with other software. The templates had to be created before the system could be set up for a drip campaign. There wasn't an option for the import of finished templates. Customer service did assist with the first initial contact emails. Reasons for choosing School CRM Initially, when we chose this product it was the cost that drew us in. When I click on the lead I have all the lead's information is on hand and is easily accessible. I am able to track my notes and see when the last contact was and what my next steps are.
