My experience with CRM has been wonderful, keeps me organized and on top of all the leads.
What I like most about School CRM is that the follow-up calendar feature gives me a summary of what follow-ups I need to do each day. When I click on the lead I have all the lead's information is on hand and is easily accessible. I am able to track my notes and see when the last contact was and what my next steps are.
CONSThere is not much that I do not like about this software. I think it's a great tool and resource for my school.

An Extremely Helpful Tool
It is an incredibly helpful to help us manage our inquires and prospective families. We are able to do follow ups more effectively, and better direct our marketing efforts. It saves us both time and money and is very easy to navigate.

Good Product, Just Not What Our Center Needed
The customer service was extremely nice, helpful, and thorough. The system was cost-effective. I just felt that do the size of our center and clientele demands we needed a different system that would require less of my attention to the setup process.
PROSI liked that once in place the templates and emails went well for our potential clients. The data entry areas were simple and easy to use.
CONSWe were unable to track our waitlist as easily as we have found we can with other software. The templates had to be created before the system could be set up for a drip campaign. There wasn't an option for the import of finished templates. Customer service did assist with the first initial contact emails.
Reason for choosing School CRM
Initially, when we chose this product it was the cost that drew us in. We eventually switched from this product to one of these other products to meet our needs as a center.
