Fantastic! With the implementation, of stricter health measures in our province the week after we opened, I needed to be able to track daily health checks. With a quick email to my customer service rep, a brief explanation and an example of what I need, the questionnaire was added and was started using it this week. It is perfect, for my needs!

I am truly happy to have found this app for my playschool. This is exactly what I have been looking for to manage my small business's daily reporting and recording keeping. I can always export the files to my google sheet if needed for reporting. I will not switch to another provider as this software has given me the ease of use, affordability, and great features that I can't seem to find in others without breaking my budget. Best of all, I always get great customer service which I can reach out to any time through email. Response time is pretty quick and they assist me right away with my queries and precise instructions.

A few of the features I was able to utilize in this software that is most impactful are: - check-in and check-out - children's information such as date of birth, immunization records, allergy alert, notes to enter other details including their healthcare number in case of emergency - parents' details including emergency contact and safe pick up list Though there are other features that may be beneficial for others to use, for me those mentioned above are enough to make documenting information in my playschool as easy as possible. My daily record keeping is easy to manage. There is also an option to send text or email to parents using the app but I haven't tried that yet as I have my business phone and email that I use. But given these perks, I will be glad to try them someday!

I was able to try both their old software and the new one, I must say the new one is very intuitive. If there is one feature I missed about the old software is the ability to see the check-in highlighted in different color rather than plain black to easily distinguish who are the children already in attendance and not yet in. But the new software has only one option to press when checking in and out unlike the old one which is two buttons. This is a good upgrade for the new one since parents are not confused anymore about which button to press. Also, I would say daily email reporting does not show the name of the student being checked in or checked out, it will be great if the name is also included and not just the time.

So far the experience has been a pleasant one. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] has been extremely easy to work with and eager to meet our needs with this program!

We transitioned to the new version of Virtuclock just a few weeks ago and [SENSITIVE CONTENT] has been amazing to work with. Every suggestion and/or request we make, he tries to find a way to make it happen. We look forward to a long time relationship with this company.

I miss the customizable scheduling feature. While many companies have set schedules parents can choose from, we are extremely flexible and have multiple schedules to choose from (6 currently). It will be nice when the feature, to customize this daily to the child, is back.

I’ve had this software so I will say and it has been wonderful. Up until recently I haven’t had to use customer service and when I did they went beyond measures to help me. I could not thank [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and his customer service enough! He made sure I got everything I needed when the new app was installed, as well as thoroughly made sure I understood everything needed.

Very helpful in making sure my hours stay on track with my daycare families. It helps keep us organized and show proof my ratios teacher/children are organized. For a small self employed business like mine I’ve appreciated having virtu clock!

I have used this program for over two years. The app developer calls personally to discuss ways to make the program better and easier to use. When I have a suggestion, he is quick to figure out ways to implement it for user friendliness.

The developers are working on adding features to the bulk upload that will make it even easier.

Virtuclock helps our after school program to be efficient, regulated, organized, and is impressive from the families perspective.

I believe the date and time could be separated on the clock history to improve the ease of use.
