Pros/Cons
  • Pros

  • It helps us keep a clean nice image on our screens at worship with a high level of reliability (which is a must.).
  • They are an excellent company, their service is very good, their product does the job well and they are even willing to help those with older versions.
  • It is so easy to create a fabulous looking presentation for our church services. We absolutely love this program it is a priceless asset to any organization needing song lyrics for their services.
  • Cons

  • Some tabs are not well laid out and key functions are sometimes hard to find. Some changes from previous versions are illogical and make the whole experience somewhat frustrating.
  • Extremely difficult to use. It will not read older MediaShout files, you cannot import older MediaShout files without losing all changes.
  • The responsiveness of the customer service department was beyond poor. The first budget item I requested was funds for an alternative product.

  • Pros

  • I am a PowerPoint user since 2010. I surely recommend it to everyone that has a presentation and wants the best way to do it , I mostly recommend it for teachers and students.
  • I am especially excited about some of the new features that have been added recently. This software is a great chance to present information in exactly the way that you see it in your head.
  • I use this tool most of the time to keep reporting of all reports, share with my team members. I am happy with this software and would like to recommend to use.
  • Cons

  • PowerPoint is often criticized ("Death by PowerPoint"), but the problem is not the program. It is the person who is presenting or put together the program.
  • The worst thing about powerpoint is watching a powerpoint... powerpoint is were presentations go to die. Its it mind numbingly boring and dry.
  • I do not to have any cons for Microsoft PowerPoint. The lone inconvenience for me is the danger of specialized challenges.
