The best aspect of ACS is that it can hold and track a massive amount of diverse data. You can track all of the things you would expect in a database like names, contact info, birthdates, etc.

Ease of use, love the People and Financial Modules with its reports which we own. Don't know much about REALM but I think we would be interested.

I have had to call ACS to have them walk me through how to do such reports as doing so is in no way intuitive.

The customer service and desire on behalf of the employees to help you accomplish your goals is superb. The products reflect the needs of and input from the end users.

The secretaries at my last employer in Mesquite hated it for being confusing. My current employer uses ACS but I don't see the benefit of it.

It seems to be a great place to store all kinds of information.

I love how flexible/customizable it is, to fit nearly any faith community. It also can be integrated with other programs (giving, background checks, etc.).

To be fair, it's been a few years since I have spoken to ACS customer support and they were friendly and tried to be very helpful at the time, but it wasn't a good experience.

There is no way for the congregation to interface to the database to maintain their own information. This package puts a huge burden on the administratoe to keep it all up to date.

Customer Service was friendly, extremely helpful and patient. On site training was available at extra cost.

Because the software does so many functions and can be tailored to almost any church of any size or situation, it can be a little confusing.

ACS does have a new product called Realm that is supposed to be much easier and more flexible to use. I have looked at some of the demos for Realm and it does look like a vast improvement.

And unless they've recently updated the software (unlikely), you can't even use it on iPad without an external keyboard. Further, their pricing structure is ridiculous.

I like the way it stores information. Of course, it is not quick to master ACS, but once you have mastered it you have everything you want to know about reports, campaign follow-ups, etc.

Was cumbersome, ugly and not intuitive. The church paid a surprisingly high amount for the software.

Having to wait on hold for extensive periods of time was very inconvenient.

While all the modules technically work together, in practice their integration is flimsy and difficult to understand.

What I like best is that it is an affordable, integrated, double-entry accounting system designed specifically for churches and small non-profit organizations.

It is easy to use and anytime I have a question there team is ready with the right answer. They bend over backwards to make sure you understand the solution.

Confusing set up for organizations and missionaries. Reconciling donations to batch bank deposits.

Continue to Give alerts me each time we receive a donation. Integration into the website was easy and the support to help me do this was crucial.

Very good - I recently had an issue with the software (that I caused) and they were extremely prompt in reacting to my request for help... and they resolved the issue quickly.

Two Sundays in a row could have created a crisis.

I like the fact that we are not responsible for handling donors' credit card information and that Continue To Give provides the tax deductible receipt for each gift.

Reporting is good and the integration with a church/missionary website is excellent.

Our accountant had a difficult time getting ahold of anyone at C2G for a while and so that slowed the issue down.

I also feel the video and other tutorials for learning various elements of how to use it are limited.

Excited to continue using and expanding our outreach.

The process to set up was very easy, the program works great, the ability to add projects for fundraising on the fly is fabulous. The support staff is amazing.

They are very good about keeping people up-to-date with information about their products and make great effort to help the customer find the products that best meet their individual needs.

This is a great product for online giving. They have many different service options that fit any budget.

It is very difficult setting up everything and then more difficult to transfer your funds to your banking acct.

We are still growing to learn to use more of its features but happy with the product.

The support is there to help us and our contributors use the system well. We have been able to create multiple funds as specific initiatives arrive, like a missions trip or a building project.

Used for donor management, love it easy to use.

I love how the developers worked with me to design the reporting how I needed it. I also love that they aren't priced ridiculously high like some companies are.

They're system cooperates with our database (Breeze), so tracking and reporting giving is easy. I'm grateful to have Continue to Give on our team.

This software has been awesome for fundraiser involvement with missions in addition to regular giving.

There is many things you can do with the software. It is very user friendly.

They  have all expressed how helpful the support staff is when they have questions. Text giving and QR code’s make it easy to promote giving when holding fundraising events.

However, if a donor goes directly to the Continue to Give site, they will be very confused and lost.

The versatility in meeting our needs as an organization. To help grow our donations, giving donors more options, at a reasonable cost.

Continue to Give features SMS-based donations which provides a local text-to-give number to collect donations via text message.
