The best aspect of ACS is that it can hold and track a massive amount of diverse data. You can track all of the things you would expect in a database like names, contact info, birthdates, etc.

Ease of use, love the People and Financial Modules with its reports which we own. Don't know much about REALM but I think we would be interested.

I have had to call ACS to have them walk me through how to do such reports as doing so is in no way intuitive.

The customer service and desire on behalf of the employees to help you accomplish your goals is superb. The products reflect the needs of and input from the end users.

The secretaries at my last employer in Mesquite hated it for being confusing. My current employer uses ACS but I don't see the benefit of it.

It seems to be a great place to store all kinds of information.

I love how flexible/customizable it is, to fit nearly any faith community. It also can be integrated with other programs (giving, background checks, etc.).

To be fair, it's been a few years since I have spoken to ACS customer support and they were friendly and tried to be very helpful at the time, but it wasn't a good experience.

There is no way for the congregation to interface to the database to maintain their own information. This package puts a huge burden on the administratoe to keep it all up to date.

Customer Service was friendly, extremely helpful and patient. On site training was available at extra cost.

Because the software does so many functions and can be tailored to almost any church of any size or situation, it can be a little confusing.

ACS does have a new product called Realm that is supposed to be much easier and more flexible to use. I have looked at some of the demos for Realm and it does look like a vast improvement.

And unless they've recently updated the software (unlikely), you can't even use it on iPad without an external keyboard. Further, their pricing structure is ridiculous.

I like the way it stores information. Of course, it is not quick to master ACS, but once you have mastered it you have everything you want to know about reports, campaign follow-ups, etc.

Was cumbersome, ugly and not intuitive. The church paid a surprisingly high amount for the software.

Having to wait on hold for extensive periods of time was very inconvenient.

While all the modules technically work together, in practice their integration is flimsy and difficult to understand.

What I like best is that it is an affordable, integrated, double-entry accounting system designed specifically for churches and small non-profit organizations.

The opportunity to follow-up with people through text is great.

The customer service is great, I am just unsure how we are going to like it moving forward because of the before mentioned issues.

It is easy to use and makes it so easy to communicate with our attendees.

I am having a hard time putting in new uses because the timing has me a little confused. We also have tried the plan my visit on our website but so far no one has used it.

Help and suppport are quick and easy to talk with when needed. The groups are easy to setup and use.

I also LOVE the groups! you don't have to go in and select each person each time hoping you don't forget anyone! you can just click the group you want, one click! easy peasy.

The ease of use to send out a mass text to everyone in the congregation as a reminder is a great tool. Also, to organize meetings and events with a smaller core of people it is an awesome tool.

There was too much communication and it took forever to cancel. Then the emails were non stop.

Inability to use short code when choosing sending number.

It was the best investment we made in engaging with guests and communicating with our congregation.

We continue to use it because options are quite limited when it comes to this type of program.

I love that it integrates with the main database I use for our church. I love that I can schedule things things to go out and not have to worry about it again.

The workflow is one of their greatest features. Once the workflow is setup you do not have to continue to setup up messages, it's automatically done for you.

It's the best investment we've made for our church and it continues to grow and improve providing the best features you could ask for.

I love this product - it’s fun and it’s working to develop relationships necessary for increases engagement.

Ease of use and ability to communicate with our congregation.

It is a great way to send out text messages, emails to individuals as well as specific groups within your church community.

The App, limitation with custom links and inability’s to set specific permissions for isers added.

If there is anything to complain about it that the software does not notify you via text/email of interaction. You must be in the software/app to get notifications.

It is clear that TIC thought through just about everything that is relevant to excellent guest follow-up. Automated workflows allow detailed communication with people.

We are very happy with this software. It is allowing us to be connected to so many of our congregation with minimal time invested.

Text in Church customer service is incredible & I very much loved their option to help in getting all my forms set up so all I had to do was go in and customize.

They are always helpful and quick to answer any questions or concerns that I have.

I love that I can communicate with groups of people but there is individual and personal interaction. I love that you can see who opted out of further messages and am able to update my main database.

Fairly simple to learn and use most if not all of the functions. What you don't understand they provide quick and easy support with an amazing team that replies extremely fast to messages.
