The cost is very affordable compared to other products. The customer service and technical support are outstanding.

I enjoyed the fact that it was user friendly. I enjoyed the affordable monthly fees based of organization size.

I like the fact it is cloud based, so I can take it with me anywhere. It's more affordable versus other offerings.

It is easy to use and understand. Budgeting was a useful feature and transferring between various accounts was easy.

It's perfect  for international fundraising, easy to use and very user-friendly, affordable, good customer support and quite reliable.

Comprehensive and easy to follow . . . but I have an advanced accounting background, so it may not be easy for some.

I was not around for implementation so I am unsure if the problems were the Aplos or GVC team related. Now I understand the software, it is critical to plan the uses than implement.

Other software was somewhat disappointing - hasn't always worked correctly and a bit confusing on how it integrates with Aplos.

I am still learning but the software helps provide great clarity for the management of account of our church.

I also find reporting to be a bit confusing. It is not intuitive...it sometimes takes several steps (that are not obvious) to get the report I need.

I love the updated dashboard and the charts you can see with the finances.

Best Fund Accounting Software for Small Non-Profit Organization.

Some times I get lost in all of the reports because there are so many.

Aplos has very strong and responsive support team which I think is a plus for users to search for a good software.

Aplos has always be very responsive to any inquires.

This software has a long way to go before it can compete with alternatives whose bank integrations are solid and reliable.

Easy to use and good price for what you're getting.

Overall, I would recommend this software to others ten-fold. It very organized and I love the click down options.

On some clients, the WePay feature is great for online donations going right into Aplos. I love being able to message Aplos right from the client's account with questions.

The WePay integration is phenomenal. And, although I haven't used it yet, the event management aspect will save us time and money.

I love the ability to due true fund balance accounting. For years I used Peachtree with job costs and spreadsheets to accomplish.

Third, I get lots of complaints from customers about the transaction errors which make it hard to give.

I hate that I have reconnect my bank account on a monthly basis.

I struggled to get a functional income statement by fund. Also, tracking purposes for audits, it didn't really track unrestricted, temp restricted, or perm restricted very well.

User friendly and strong support team with an immediate response and assistance.

Their 'Lead' app is awesome, extremely user friendly and packed with valuable features.

Church Community Builder is an amazing product for any Church that wants to plan for the future and help support their congregation in the best way possible.

Most of the screens are intuitive. You can always search for an answer or submit a request for help - Support is always helpful.

It has been amazing for our organization with the ability for staff, leadership and church members to be able to communicate to each other and engage in ministry.

CCB is a good platform for churches but not great. The database and the email features are the best part of CCB.

There's no option to white-label the software so as to not distract from your local community.

We got SO MUCH MORE than we had planned. CCB is so robust and they are working daily making it even more robust and user friendly.

Customer service has always been good at follow up. The technical training videos and help sheets on their help site have been very helpful.

No CCLI integration in the scheduling and service planning tool.

I have implemented the software at two churches in which I have worked and helped others get the most out of their subscription. What I like most about the software is that it is comprehensive.

Probably the most disappointing about CCB is that they offer limited two way integration with  merchant providers.

We use this at our church and it has been good for things like adding our kids for childcare (especially during Covid) and for making sure we are part of certain church groups to get notifications.

Overall it's the perfect online community and database for a church. It's been a pleasure to use and have it.

It is confusing when you don't need all the parts involved.

I did discuss this with my boss, and his response was related to the cost. So, my understanding is that this software is well worth the cost.

No check in system for events difficult to run reports (very time consuming) layout and design outdated.

There are far too many pages, links, and confusing tabs about where the information you need is.

I would recommend Planning Center or Rock RMS for features and price value.

I appreciate the ease of clicking through a profile and gathering the information I need. Mass emailing and text messaging within groups is fast and efficient.

I think this is a great investment for churches who want to move into the age of technology and do so well.

It’s relatively easy to use as a user. I am not at the administrative level but I have heard it’s pretty simple and very useful for gathering information and the ability to use the information.

Financial features, volunteer scheduling, and children's check-in are the features that we use every week. CCB's giving integration with Pushpay is one of our favorite features.

Deleting people or groups is very difficult, in fact it is discouraged. If you actually need to talk to someone it can literally be WEEKS before they have availability to schedule a call.

Because of its popularity among churches, there are tribes of user communities that make it easy to discover and share tips and tricks.

We have found friends and great help from Church Community Builder. Excellent system that integrates well for our needs.

The design, interface and usability of CCB is stuck in 2010.

We have had a good experience after we got over our expectations of our church members using it like they would Facebook.

The customer service team has also been very helpful and quick to help with any issues we have had. I have been highly impressed by their overall service and products.

CCB has proven to be an incredibly helpful tool in this way. Also, I greatly appreciate the fact that CCB prioritizes privacy and safety of its users.

Overall I am happy with it. I look forward to the UI getting better.

But this is not beneficial when you are in the middle of working on something for the church, run into a problem and need an answer right away.
