  • Pros

  • CharityTracker is user friendly and intuitive. They software allows us to serve our clients and provide referrals effectively and with integrity.
  • This gives you quick demographic information and fast data that can be useful—a friendly resource to connect you to local grassroots work.
  • Cons

  • After I add a few more cases, the software will keep logging me out again. This has been very frustrating.
  • What I dislike about this software is that when their is duplicate accounts it was a difficult process it combine the accounts.

  • ChMeetings is very quick and easy to implement, and the support for that is excellent.
  • Let me start by this, you get the best and most helpful, super swift support you can imagine; [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is always there to answer and support all our inquires. For me this is top reason.
  • Cons

  • I don't like that there isn't a feature to do recurring texts. This is very limiting and the only reason I don't rate the application a 10/10.
  • There were some features that were missing but these were addressed by the chmeetings team who listened to our requests and implemented them where they could.
