Pros/Cons
Pros
- I like the flexibility of this software. The developers are VERY responsive and they appear to be obsessed (smile) with adding new feature.
- My experience is fabulous, I like the App and how responsible they are in responding and fixing bugs.
- User interface is very important especially with the range of devices that people use. ChMeetings has a great responsive and easy to understand user interface.
Cons
- Lack of integration with payment platforms such as PayPal.
- The only thing I can think of is that, at the current time, there is no Room Booking feature.
- There were some features that were missing but these were addressed by the chmeetings team who listened to our requests and implemented them where they could.
Pros
- Love its versatility and great price for what you get. Love all the functionalities and how you can track and keep a record of meetings, attendance, planning, etc.
- The member planning is pretty great as well. I love that you can see in real time which members invited have accepted, declined or have not responded to invitations.
- I love that Planning Center has the ability to keep large groups of people/staffs on task and well aware of what is going on. I also love all the customizations you can add to it.
Cons
- My main complaint about the product is that it is difficult to create teams Volunteers and the service planning tool is awkward when applied to children’s ministries.
- I often struggle to find what I'm looking for. It's difficult to navigate and can be frustrating at times.
- It's a little awkward to block out multiple days in the calendar that aren't consecutive.
