Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • It is really easy to use and keeps information organized. People and information is easy to find and search for, and data is easy to update.

  • I LOVE that we have one system for engaging everyone at the church, checking in kids, managing finances, etc. it really is robust and works well for us.

  • Cons

  • It tends to be a tad behind the curve when it comes to keeping up with newer technology and fresh looks but definitely stepped it up recently.

  • Some features are hard to navigate and aren't very intuitive. But again, they seem to be working on those issues all the time.

  • Pros

  • After exploring other databases, I appreciate the user friendliness of Fellowship One. The user face was easy to read and navigate.

  • F1 is easy to use and understand and provides us with clear data that we can use to organize people, groups, and church growth.

  • Cons

  • It's a clunky, hard to understand system once you get past the initial member profile input. The reports are a BEAST to format and run, and sometimes they seem impossible.

  • It's a bit of a catch-22 because it's the absolute best software, but it has its fair share of errors and reports that are just not attainable.
