Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • We like the ease of use of the program. It is easy to access from many locations.

  • Relatively easy to use. Automatic updates included in the price. Good support.

  • Cons

  • It takes a few tries to fully learn the ins and outs of the program, but the customer service was very helpful.

  • I like the volunteer scheduling, but there are a few things I wish it did.

  • Pros

  • The layout and organization of the software is easy to use.

  • The customizing of reports is great. The simplicity is nice and it's easy to navigate around and for the most part pretty easy to train on.

  • Cons

  • The user setup of Sage Intacct can be a bit of a hassle, but once it is done it is effortless to maintain.

  • It can be restrictive at times. It's a pro and con but it's restrictive about things I don't want it to be which can sometimes cause problems.
