This software is very user friendly. Customer support is awesome.

I have been using CW for 20+ years, have learned most of the modules and have been very impressed at the power of this program. The only limitation may just be how much you want to learn about it.

After a couple of years of changing treasurers we were hopelessly lost and the information was completely unusable.

Difficult to maintain accurate and consistent data when database structure is so complex.

I do not like how things are a little confusing to access. Some of the reports are hard to navigate and get the correct information on the reports, or make it how I need it.

Overall, it is a great product. Their tech support team is very knowledgable and friendly.

It's pretty easy to navigate once you've played around with the software. I love that they offer free learning sessions each month- that is definitely a plus.

They keep improving & sending us updates to keep everything running smoothly. They help desk is awesome; very friendly & patient.

All in all my experience has been good. If I can't figure something out I call support and they are always friendly and helpful.

I can do everything for the church I need from payroll to contributions and it integrates perfectly. The support has always been great, patient, reliable and timely.

I love that I have a software to depend on. You dont get something like this very often.

I can get the reports done and print which is very convenient. I do get frustrated with not knowing what to click to get the correct report, sometimes it takes me several tries to get what I need.

That other people don't bother getting training that use church windows and their mistakes are difficult to correct.

It is a great program to keep perfect of each church member and still has an individual personal ability.

We have not had any problems that we could not get support for or that were not resolved. This is the best customer service ever.

The User Interface is intuitive, powerful, and well designed. The Accounting module in particular is quite sophisticated, containing many standard and specialized reports.

I have used this program for 26 years now and it has been great. I particularly like the ease of all the modules my favorite is Membership.

When trying to correct mistakes or errors it can sometimes be tricky to do. I think this software requires more training than one would expect.

I find it to be easy to maintain and well organized for all of your important information. I love that you can create directories out of it and even include pictures.

Sometimes updates to the software don't provide much of a warning that something has changed in the way you use the software.

When I miss a step it becomes very frustrating to finish a task and then find where my mistake was made.

Overall I have had a wonderful experience with Church Windows. The system is easy to work with and the customer service is always great.

The scheduler program is used by our church, but must be handled separately from all our other calendars due to lack of integration with other programs.

The only bad part is, if you don't know how to use it. It does take a second or two to get use to using.

The newest membership update created a problem with several families having one person whose information is lost and it is not allowing the information to be re-entered.

An extra step isn't bad when I'm only doing a few changes. But, with many changes it is frustrating.

Our IT attempt at the church lost the December backup off the flash drive, but there seemed to be 223 KB data base on Version 6, where as we had installed Version 7.

Servant keeper does a great job like most church data management softwares at helping integrate all of your needs into one program.

Very limited functionality. Especially with the search functions.

Sometimes forget where to look for something, just frustrating.

If you use a Mac you can find ways to make it work but you will have consistent headaches in doing so. Limited features compared to its main competitors.

Something I was trying to delay until after the new year because of all the work I had done that was saved in SK and other non related files pertaining to donations and expenses.

It is true to its name and very easy to use. Overall, I recommend this product to any church organization in helping to build God's Kingdom with ease.

Several weeks ago, I spoke with someone on the help desk and she was very pleasant, one of the only times, I have experienced  such a delightful experience.

I personally like the overall way the program performs. The ease of use of initial setup and the week to week use is fairly simple.

We LOVE using Servant Keeper at our small church. I have worked with several databases at other locations, and this one is the best for your money.

In the almost seven years I have used it, I think I have called for technical assistance only two or three times. My issues were resolved in a timely and helpful manner.

One thing I would suggest, when you offer training is to offer a discount for those who have purchased the help desk, cloud. Or at least offer it for the first year of purchasing a software upgrade.

And the help desk is great in explaining my needs.

Sarah was very helpful in locating hidden files that we would not have found ourselves and will be sending our data in an email for Version 7. She also made me a short cut for my desktop.

It's ease of running reports and I am super excited about its integration with eventbrite.

If you have any problems when installing the upgrade from Version 6 to Version 7, I recommend you call Sarah at the help desk.

The solution enables churches to search through their congregation to pinpoint specific skills among their members, track attendance or communicate via email with their constituents.


When entering a new member or family into the solution, common information - last name, address, and phone number - are copied over automatically. The data can be edited to account for differences in family information, when applicable.
