This software is very user friendly. Customer support is awesome.

I have been using CW for 20+ years, have learned most of the modules and have been very impressed at the power of this program. The only limitation may just be how much you want to learn about it.

After a couple of years of changing treasurers we were hopelessly lost and the information was completely unusable.

Difficult to maintain accurate and consistent data when database structure is so complex.

I do not like how things are a little confusing to access. Some of the reports are hard to navigate and get the correct information on the reports, or make it how I need it.

Overall, it is a great product. Their tech support team is very knowledgable and friendly.

It's pretty easy to navigate once you've played around with the software. I love that they offer free learning sessions each month- that is definitely a plus.

They keep improving & sending us updates to keep everything running smoothly. They help desk is awesome; very friendly & patient.

All in all my experience has been good. If I can't figure something out I call support and they are always friendly and helpful.

I can do everything for the church I need from payroll to contributions and it integrates perfectly. The support has always been great, patient, reliable and timely.

I love that I have a software to depend on. You dont get something like this very often.

I can get the reports done and print which is very convenient. I do get frustrated with not knowing what to click to get the correct report, sometimes it takes me several tries to get what I need.

That other people don't bother getting training that use church windows and their mistakes are difficult to correct.

It is a great program to keep perfect of each church member and still has an individual personal ability.

We have not had any problems that we could not get support for or that were not resolved. This is the best customer service ever.

The User Interface is intuitive, powerful, and well designed. The Accounting module in particular is quite sophisticated, containing many standard and specialized reports.

I have used this program for 26 years now and it has been great. I particularly like the ease of all the modules my favorite is Membership.

When trying to correct mistakes or errors it can sometimes be tricky to do. I think this software requires more training than one would expect.

I find it to be easy to maintain and well organized for all of your important information. I love that you can create directories out of it and even include pictures.

Sometimes updates to the software don't provide much of a warning that something has changed in the way you use the software.

When I miss a step it becomes very frustrating to finish a task and then find where my mistake was made.

Overall I have had a wonderful experience with Church Windows. The system is easy to work with and the customer service is always great.

The scheduler program is used by our church, but must be handled separately from all our other calendars due to lack of integration with other programs.

The only bad part is, if you don't know how to use it. It does take a second or two to get use to using.

The newest membership update created a problem with several families having one person whose information is lost and it is not allowing the information to be re-entered.

The opportunity to follow-up with people through text is great.

The customer service is great, I am just unsure how we are going to like it moving forward because of the before mentioned issues.

I also LOVE the groups! you don't have to go in and select each person each time hoping you don't forget anyone! you can just click the group you want, one click! easy peasy.

The ease of use to send out a mass text to everyone in the congregation as a reminder is a great tool. Also, to organize meetings and events with a smaller core of people it is an awesome tool.

There was too much communication and it took forever to cancel. Then the emails were non stop.

Inability to use short code when choosing sending number.

It was the best investment we made in engaging with guests and communicating with our congregation.

We continue to use it because options are quite limited when it comes to this type of program.

I love that it integrates with the main database I use for our church. I love that I can schedule things things to go out and not have to worry about it again.

The workflow is one of their greatest features. Once the workflow is setup you do not have to continue to setup up messages, it's automatically done for you.

It's the best investment we've made for our church and it continues to grow and improve providing the best features you could ask for.

It is a great way to send out text messages, emails to individuals as well as specific groups within your church community.

The App, limitation with custom links and inability’s to set specific permissions for isers added.

If there is anything to complain about it that the software does not notify you via text/email of interaction. You must be in the software/app to get notifications.

It is clear that TIC thought through just about everything that is relevant to excellent guest follow-up. Automated workflows allow detailed communication with people.

We are very happy with this software. It is allowing us to be connected to so many of our congregation with minimal time invested.

Text in Church customer service is incredible & I very much loved their option to help in getting all my forms set up so all I had to do was go in and customize.

They are always helpful and quick to answer any questions or concerns that I have.

I love that I can communicate with groups of people but there is individual and personal interaction. I love that you can see who opted out of further messages and am able to update my main database.

Fairly simple to learn and use most if not all of the functions. What you don't understand they provide quick and easy support with an amazing team that replies extremely fast to messages.
