Only negative to me is that with online giving and text to give, a physical address needs to be required when first setting up the account.

Churchteams is very customizable, user-friendly, and comes with outstanding customer service. Any time we have a need, Churchteams staff is quick to respond and pleased to help.

The user interface is ugly and sometimes clunky.

We are very excited about all the opportunities to implement the various features - having different ministries use the scheduling feature is next on the list. Customer service has been excellent.

I also love that I can change most everything about it to fit our admin needs. The customer service is so personal and rapid, we've loved everything about it.

The seamless integration between online giving and deposits into our bank account. The reporting makes reconciliation simple and easy.

I really had a good time combining the software with my workload, it was an easy experience setting it and connecting with other member.

Which for 2019, is unacceptable, and the reasons I plan to leave Church Teams ... soon. We get constant requests from volunteers who can't remember their passwords.

One thing that we really are missing is a generalized calendar to put all of our church events on.

This is a minor problem considering all that the software can do for your organization.

I love that features you would expect to be included are - Groups, Events, Registrations, Check-in. The add-ons are very reasonably priced and are worth the cost.

Everyone on the Church Teams team is great to work with - their support is great. They really care about helping you and meeting your needs.

Its was a great experience. I really wish that the mobile experience was better because we would have stayed on if that were the case.

The children's check-in is great for us and we love the flexibility that you can do just about anything if you know how to work the back end of this system.

I like that everything is one place for communication, groups, check in and volunteers. Also their support team is amazing.

Recently discovered that the ChurchTeams software does not work well with Macs, which a couple of our staff use.

The ease of use is the top of the list of what I like most about Churchteams.

I dislike having to fully open a member's record in an edit mode just to view details (when and how joined, etc.).

Their customer support has been excellent and quick to help.

It is very user friendly, as I am not a computer savy person. I am continually learning how to best use the system to meet our needs and to make life a little easier for everyone.

I get excited talking about it. It has so many more features for a cost that is much less than what we were paying with our previous church management software.

I think the best tool is that the reports can be customized and saved to a menu. Membership records are easy to maintain.

The software is super intuitive, easy to understand. It has tools that help in daily tasks besides possessing considerable updates that make the software every day more powerful.

There are lots of features I haven't mentioned. Still, the customer support is responsive, timely and adaptive.

The free version is really all you need up to 500 people and the paid version is a great bargain. The staff is pleasantly responsive and open to suggestions.

The user interface is incredibly well thought-out. This makes it easy to learn and to teach, even to the technologically challenged/fearful.

I also don't like the fact that there isn't a mobile app for admin users of this app.

If you need the best value for Church Management Software, THIS IS IT.

And the great thing is, all of this is very customizable and very easy to use. I highly recommend this church software if you're looking for something user-friendly but very powerful.

I love they way they work with small churches.

They make updates and new feature releases almost weekly. The price point for this software is unbelievable.

It is very easy to use for most of our staff. When we have had questions that we could not find in the help section (which is helpful most of the time) their responses were quick and personal.

Their customer services is excellent. They always respond quickly and with solutions.

It has reduced the cost and really made it so much easier for us, while at the same time improving the appearance, ease of use, and clarity for the users.

All the pre-formatted settings and customizations are searchable for creating rich and robust reports. Dashboards for the People and Contribution sections are customizable and easy to review and use.

The only thing that I see as a negative only because I haven't really learned it yet is the app manager. It has been a little harder to figure out but I am confident it is strictly user error for now.

With so many options it was easy to get lost in the minutia of set-up. There are no pre-set user permissions profiles other than SuperUser.

This great for registering guest that attend services or other functions and tracking their progress towards regular attendance and membership.

The cost of One Church Software is among the lowest we’ve seen for similar systems, and comes packaged with an online giving platform.

Churchteams' architecture is based on group membership. When a new member is added to the system, that person is assigned to one or more groups defined by the administrator—for example, small group leader, ministry team, Sunday school, event volunteer and home group.
