If Churchtrac could up grade this part of their program we could drop one more program we pay for.

It is pretty easy to use and was most cost effective software that is geared for churches.

We used to be able to see a running total as we entered donations but after a recent change that is no longer there. It doesn't change the outcome but we do miss being able to see that.

The use of the tags has made the information more confusing. It has been difficult to navigate, but I am working on it.

The support is absolutely great. The canned reports are great, but the ability to customize reports is a plus.

Its been quite satisfactory. When we have needed it, support has been quite brisk and responsive.

Integration was very easy. I did a data dump of my old program in ShelbyNext and sent the file to customer service at ChurchTrac and they took care of uploading it into ChurchTrac for me.

All parishes in the diocese are able to share information. Parish soft generates reports that make things so much easier.

It is too easy to make a mistake and enter envelopes into the wrong fund.

I have used ParishSoft since 2005 and over the moon with the upgrade in the Software. It is better visually organized for the user & runs reliably.

Users are asked for feedback and evaluations. The company is responsive to needs and provides gracious, capable customer service.

You can run a ton of different reports based on a any number of things, which is helpful.

From this bookkeeper's point of view, being able to track Family Giving within the Family Directory is a huge deal. I love that Online Giving is easily integrated as well.

I like the way is integrated with all the users in the Diocese. I can see if Mr. and Mrs. John Doe are members on our parish or another parish.

Ve had a wonderful experience with ParishSoft and the ParishSoft customer service is great.

Lack of customer concern. Started off very disappointed and it got worse.

This company is operating hopelessly out of its depth in attempting to offer a web-based product to thousands of users.

Once I realized all that I was capable of doing with the Religious Education component of the Suite, I was all in.

I like that I can review parishioners' status of involvement in our parish and in other parishes. Being able to verify details helps me to offer the appropriate services to individuals and families.
