Pros/Cons
  • Pros

  • I liked the ease of integrations with other platforms, especially Mailchimp and Facebook. The weekly prayer templates are great and invite deeper connections with our parishioners.
  • Love the simplicity of the software and real-time updates. The deliverability guarantee with long-codes is a big win.
  • The ease of deployment was very good. I like the recommendations via email - that is a helpful bonus for ideas.
  • Cons

  • Without Clearstream, we would have lost connection with a majority of our congregation.
  • It takes some work to get to know the system, and it's hard to add people ourselves. When we have to import people from other systems, it makes things a little more difficult.
  • I wish there was some way to set up reoccurring messages. Many of my text messages are reminders of an event that happens weekly and to recreate the message all over again is a pain.

  • The Notebird team is always responsive and very helpful. We are extremely impressed and look forward to a long relationship.
  • Easy to use, great functionality and features, Notebird customer support has been wonderful at customizing options for us.
  • It was very easy to learn and very easy to navigate. I love the customization it allows for me to do exactly what I want.
  • Cons

  • It has been a little awkward to submit updates.
  • If I put a note that affects a family, I have to manually duplicate that entry for all affected household members.
  • There is no mobile app option for it. This would make it much more accessible.
