Continue to Give alerts me each time we receive a donation. Integration into the website was easy and the support to help me do this was crucial.

Very good - I recently had an issue with the software (that I caused) and they were extremely prompt in reacting to my request for help... and they resolved the issue quickly.

Two Sundays in a row could have created a crisis.

I like the fact that we are not responsible for handling donors' credit card information and that Continue To Give provides the tax deductible receipt for each gift.

Reporting is good and the integration with a church/missionary website is excellent.

Our accountant had a difficult time getting ahold of anyone at C2G for a while and so that slowed the issue down.

I also feel the video and other tutorials for learning various elements of how to use it are limited.

The process to set up was very easy, the program works great, the ability to add projects for fundraising on the fly is fabulous. The support staff is amazing.

They are very good about keeping people up-to-date with information about their products and make great effort to help the customer find the products that best meet their individual needs.

This is a great product for online giving. They have many different service options that fit any budget.

It is very difficult setting up everything and then more difficult to transfer your funds to your banking acct.

We are still growing to learn to use more of its features but happy with the product.

The support is there to help us and our contributors use the system well. We have been able to create multiple funds as specific initiatives arrive, like a missions trip or a building project.

I love how the developers worked with me to design the reporting how I needed it. I also love that they aren't priced ridiculously high like some companies are.

They're system cooperates with our database (Breeze), so tracking and reporting giving is easy. I'm grateful to have Continue to Give on our team.

This software has been awesome for fundraiser involvement with missions in addition to regular giving.

There is many things you can do with the software. It is very user friendly.

They  have all expressed how helpful the support staff is when they have questions. Text giving and QR code’s make it easy to promote giving when holding fundraising events.

However, if a donor goes directly to the Continue to Give site, they will be very confused and lost.

The versatility in meeting our needs as an organization. To help grow our donations, giving donors more options, at a reasonable cost.

The UI is a little difficult, both on the web and the app.

Found it fairly easy to configure and there are ample  examples and demo's within the documentation when you have a question. From a price performance perspective Pastorlines is very competative.

We mainly went with PL for the price and syncing with CCB. I like supporting the smaller orgs and because of it we've had good customer service.

It's been great- the customer service has always been quick to respond and very helpful.

In addition, the automation features that allow on-boarding of new community members are fantastic and well thought out.

I found that the software can be a bit intimidating at first to use and get set up with.

Sending out a targeted text gets a much better response from those you are trying to reach and PastorsLine handles this simply and beautifully. Also, the usefulness of their app has been great.

I wouldn't say there's anything we dislike about the software.

The user interface is cluttered and confusing.

Pastorsline is packed with features and customization options, it integrates perfectly with the software solutions we already use, and their customer support is AMAZING.

We had to put our deployment on hold until PCO exited beta. The mobile app is hard to use and very limited in functionality.

The ease of use, via web, app or email is fantastic. Group texting and scheduling is by far my favorite feature.

I have a hard time with the search bar and trying to find groups at times. My groups from CCB don't update well at times, so i miss people i need to be texting.

Fantastic feature set with lots of options. Powerful integration with third party chms which is a must for us.
