- It is easy to use and anytime I have a question there team is ready with the right answer. They bend over backwards to make sure you understand the solution.
- I like the fact that we are not responsible for handling donors' credit card information and that Continue To Give provides the tax deductible receipt for each gift.
Cons
- Confusing set up for organizations and missionaries. Reconciling donations to batch bank deposits.
- I also feel the video and other tutorials for learning various elements of how to use it are limited.
Pros
- We have been blown away with all the functions available even on the free plan. It's so well-made, very easy to use and the customer service is very responsive and friendly.
- Planning center is such great tool to inform and prepare volunteers in advance so that they can perform to the best of their ability.
Cons
- It's a little awkward to block out multiple days in the calendar that aren't consecutive.
- As a user i several times had problems with logging in, as system did not recognize i was registered by admin twice, with the same email. So it is running 2 profiles with the very same attributes.
