"Easy enough to set up and manage once it's going forward."

"It has security features as well that let's me know my payment info is safe."

"The ease of use and the ability to make donations online and by mobile are the things I like most about this software. "

"I tried emailing support who would give me no answers other than “there is a monthly minimum and if you don’t meet it, you are charged $10.”After I sent the quote that I had been given I was told that the agent would “research this” and get back to me."

"They were not upfront about their transaction fees from the beginning and just got worse from there."

"EasyTithe does not respond to customer service requests - they only want the churches to support customers which is not always possible...like in my case here. And I figure if they won't help me now, they will likely be just as awful to work with as a church customer."
