The thing I like most about easyTithe is the ease of use this software has.

Our donors also really like using easyTithe for their online giving. From start to finish, they are up and running and very satisfied and confident in the safety and security of their donation.

The software is so user friendly and I like the ability to do my reports when needed.

Overall, we are pretty satisfied. We are seeing an increase in donations among our younger people who are more comfortable giving online than writing checks or putting cash in the offering plate.

The set up process was smooth, quick and backed by excellent customer service and startup support. The dashboard is easy-to-use and intuitive.

Easy Tithe was the first online giving platform we used and it provided us with a good product for our online church giving.

The ease and use of the software is great. Many options, great resources, great bundle for the price.

Limited customization options with the form properties. We need more features to be able to meet our university's payment plan needs.

EasyTithe makes it...well, easy for members to make their weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly offerings. Its a great value for the cost.

Not perfect, but an excellent option with great customer service and support.

My only objection is the way they charge fees. If someone pays the convenience fee we are still charged a perentage of that amount rather than only the amount they actually wanted to donate.

I liked how easy it was for people even far from our church to donate. I liked that the donations went directly into the church bank account.

The software is intuitive to work with, with great, easy to contact support. EasyTithe takes care of all of the technical concerns, including security.

As a small Church the system is very user friendly and with the recent updates it's even better. The dash board makes viewing fast and easy and the information is straight forward and understandable.

The apps are nice and the text giving is easy. The customer support has been absolutely fabulous to work with and have met all my needs.

The customer service was so easy and friendly. Our new generation prefers easy and on line which all of the software, apps and website are super easy.

Easytithe has been a lifesaver during the time of pandemic when people are not able to congregate in services. It allow our members to continue to contribute and keeps our organization functioning.

The deposit reports make it easy to integrate into our church software. Customer service resolves issues quickly.

The only part of the software we had trouble with is the MinistryOne App.

Recently a cancelled card was charged and it completed the transaction.

Sometimes it will take several days before we actually get our money. On speaking with one of their representatives, I think the problem might lie more with our bank than with easyTithe.

I also like the seamless integration from easy tithe to easy tithe plus which cuts down on the amount of time I have to spend entering in giving.

It will take them days to correct their mistakes and you'll spend hours on the phone to get a customer service representative. If you loose ONE donor...it's not worth it.

Bad customer service, deducting fees from bank account, some features not working, no annual statement function.

It's a little awkward to block out multiple days in the calendar that aren't consecutive.

It is the best software out there for planning a service. I absolutely recommend to anyone with the budget to afford it.

Overall, we are very pleased. However, they could be more responsive to our concerns about customization.

Great solution for coordinating members to serve, great way for our musicians to communicate and prepare for leading music on Sundays, and an app for giving that our members feel comfortable using.

We have been blown away with all the functions available even on the free plan. It's so well-made, very easy to use and the customer service is very responsive and friendly.

Planning center is such great tool to inform and prepare volunteers in advance so that they can perform to the best of their ability.

My main complaint about the product is that it is difficult to create teams Volunteers and the service planning tool is awkward when applied to children’s ministries.

As a user i several times had problems with logging in, as system did not recognize i was registered by admin  twice, with the same email. So it is running 2 profiles with the very same attributes.

Customer Service is incredible. Fun, loving people want to help your church minister to and reach more people.

I often struggle to find what I'm looking for. It's difficult to navigate and can be frustrating at times.

I enjoy that I have the ability to play audio files in the background. This is a huge advantage when driving, which I do a great deal of.

Overall, it is working great for us. There are a few things that are tricky, but it was easy to learn and the functions they do have work great.

The only thing i can think of is there is no undo option. When someone accidentally makes a change, I haven’t found a way to recover it.

Great - they seem to be investing in more development...we need to be able to connect people more - and groups more and with ease and text one another and such.

PCO will integrate with literally hundreds if not thousands of other faith-based platforms making it super easy to connect it all together.

I love the ability to keep everyone organized into one program. Planning Center is great for organizing your teams and scheduling people to serve in different ministries.

It is annoying, but that is the only flaw I have found with the application.

Around Services and Check ins, Planning Center has been exceptional with customer service and helping us sort through issues. Their tutorial videos are also great.

Overall it has been able to help keep up with everyone and keep organized,  also the integration with other apps is very helpful.

It integrates well with other software we use (e.g. ProPresenter) and has an excellent free iOS app.
