Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I liked that it was relatively easy to use. It had some great tools including some useful reports.

  • It is user friendly and also easy to teach others in the group. If you play with it long enough you can figure out most anything you need to do. I love that I can input info from the ap.

  • Cons

  • No product will have everything you want right off the shelf, but we found Elexio to have most of what we considered crucial to start.

  • Sometimes the process to accomplish minor things can become convoluted.

  • Pros

  • It's easy to use and very helpful tool for our ministry.

  • Really easy to work for a non printer check in, really easy to look up people, really easy to create new classes.

  • Cons

  • Check-in could be more customizable, app is very good, but just links a number of things back to the church website instead of having the information native to the app.

  • Ease of use still has a little ways to go, but this is an area of pretty constant improvement for them.
