It has been a blessing to our parish especially in reaching out (communications).

I like it and am trying to figure out where I can use it in my organization for a cost I can handle.

Not being able to pick up the phone abs talk to someone about concerns is frustrating. I have also had several issues with payments being lost or not credited.

Seems to intimidate those unfamiliar with the technology or the discipline of Church social media.

I like the ability for our Parish office to get in contact with everyone quickly.

Not common, just on Friday, September 27th I have trouble moving pictures in a part of the section.

Solid product, superb customer service, excellent value for the money.

The software is highly integrated at a systems level. It is flexible allowing any kind of element to be published as a communication.

The only criticism I have received from some in my Flock is that they cannot view everyone else's responses.

We dislike that you must check the delivery box for those who have opted into texting.

The software grows with you, so if you have a ministry under 40 contacts, it is free to use, and the pricing above that is very reasonable.

I love that it's so easy to use and that it gives me so much feedback about the effectiveness of my messages.

THat is good because I am in my 50's and my technology experience goes back to programming in Basic and Fortran and it has the ease of Basic and the bells and whistles of the 21st century.

Easy to use, friendly interface and customer service people. It's easy to get started and they don't overcomplicate there task of communication.

Flocknote helps us communication better with our people. Their customer service has been great at helping us with problems or issues.

I like having the ability develop groups and to assign administrators to the groups so they can engage their people.

The integration with Word on Fire is the key reason I use it. The happiness engineers are like brothers and sisters.

I have loved using Flocknote and  how easy it is to receive messages as well. They come through as a text message that you can respond to if needed.

Flocknote has the most awesome customer service ever. Your team is patient, knowledgeable and just wonderful people.

The icons are somewhat confusing. What they mean and where they are located.

I love that you can see who has opened your message and read it. I love that you can send polls, rsvp’s, and more.

I find the software easy to navigate, forgiving & fun.

This has been an amazing tool to maintain our parish community. Everyone feels included and can easily respond to questions or sign up for events.

Flocknote is so user friendly and very helpful to get news out to my students and their families.

Oftentimes I have to abandon the app, and use the web version on my desktop. Because I primarily use an iPad, it’s sometimes a pain.

The  crew is great to work with and the designers of the program are constantly working to add new products or to improve the product and welcome suggestions from their customers.

The UI is a little difficult, both on the web and the app.

Found it fairly easy to configure and there are ample  examples and demo's within the documentation when you have a question. From a price performance perspective Pastorlines is very competative.

We mainly went with PL for the price and syncing with CCB. I like supporting the smaller orgs and because of it we've had good customer service.

It's been great- the customer service has always been quick to respond and very helpful.

In addition, the automation features that allow on-boarding of new community members are fantastic and well thought out.

I found that the software can be a bit intimidating at first to use and get set up with.

Sending out a targeted text gets a much better response from those you are trying to reach and PastorsLine handles this simply and beautifully. Also, the usefulness of their app has been great.

I wouldn't say there's anything we dislike about the software.

The user interface is cluttered and confusing.

Pastorsline is packed with features and customization options, it integrates perfectly with the software solutions we already use, and their customer support is AMAZING.

We had to put our deployment on hold until PCO exited beta. The mobile app is hard to use and very limited in functionality.

The ease of use, via web, app or email is fantastic. Group texting and scheduling is by far my favorite feature.

I have a hard time with the search bar and trying to find groups at times. My groups from CCB don't update well at times, so i miss people i need to be texting.

We needed something simple and effective that could be deployed at a moment's notice, and this was a great, economical solution that fit our needs perfectly.

Still learning how to use it all. Right now my biggest issues is the voice mails I'm receiving that are spam.

Fantastic feature set with lots of options. Powerful integration with third party chms which is a must for us.

We integrate with PCO and it works wonderfully. We like that we had the option to sign up for a yearly plan so our credits don’t expire every month.

PastorsLine is a great resource for churches. It is a great service with good features.

The integration between CCB is huge advantage for our church. I really like the live changes that happens between CCB and PastorsLine.

The online and app use is a bit of a mess at times.

We have been able to utilize the system with a relatively small amount of training, it does everything we need, and it come at a great price.

PastorsLine is relentlessly committed to improvement. I am constantly receiving correspondence indicating that they are resolving issues, improving systems, etc.

I have had a great experience and they have been very responsive to input and resolution to issues.

It has been amazing how helpful it has been to stay connected and in communication through this platform.
