It has been a blessing to our parish especially in reaching out (communications).

I like it and am trying to figure out where I can use it in my organization for a cost I can handle.

Not being able to pick up the phone abs talk to someone about concerns is frustrating. I have also had several issues with payments being lost or not credited.

Seems to intimidate those unfamiliar with the technology or the discipline of Church social media.

I like the ability for our Parish office to get in contact with everyone quickly.

Not common, just on Friday, September 27th I have trouble moving pictures in a part of the section.

The software is highly integrated at a systems level. It is flexible allowing any kind of element to be published as a communication.

The only criticism I have received from some in my Flock is that they cannot view everyone else's responses.

We dislike that you must check the delivery box for those who have opted into texting.

The software grows with you, so if you have a ministry under 40 contacts, it is free to use, and the pricing above that is very reasonable.

Flocknote helps us communication better with our people. Their customer service has been great at helping us with problems or issues.

I like having the ability develop groups and to assign administrators to the groups so they can engage their people.

The integration with Word on Fire is the key reason I use it. The happiness engineers are like brothers and sisters.

I have loved using Flocknote and  how easy it is to receive messages as well. They come through as a text message that you can respond to if needed.

The icons are somewhat confusing. What they mean and where they are located.

I love that you can see who has opened your message and read it. I love that you can send polls, rsvp’s, and more.

Flocknote is so user friendly and very helpful to get news out to my students and their families.

Oftentimes I have to abandon the app, and use the web version on my desktop. Because I primarily use an iPad, it’s sometimes a pain.

The  crew is great to work with and the designers of the program are constantly working to add new products or to improve the product and welcome suggestions from their customers.

Will sometimes crash with no warning. Does not always remember output settings that were last used.

I don't like the amount of change to the nomenclature from 6 to 7 and the lack of custom layouts for the main UI.

It does have a pretty good learning curve if you are getting into more advance setups. It you are just looking to put bible verses and words on the screen then that is very simple.

I like that this software is reliable, after it is setup correctly. I like that has so many great features for various types of presentations.

My overall experience has been nothing but positive. For the price point you get an amazing product that will meet most if not all of your presentation needs.

They have made a much better product that is FULL of helpful features. I have always loved the way Pro just WORKS and that you can do almost anything with it.

I love the ease of use with worship songs. Pro presenters song select integration and is an amazing advancement to worship lyrics.

This software is super easy to use for volunteer based productions. It works in multiple sized venues and does a multitude of functions.

PP7 specifically can be glitchy, and the fact that you have to continue to pay for the updates is a big downside.

I also like the way it pulls in PPT. Would love to see a nice clean toggle though between PPT and ProPresenter.

Cost - it is pretty amazing what this program does for the cost.

Or converting to lower thirds with a graphic the software will crash. Occasionally Master control on the slave computer will freeze the primary.

The features available in the Looks menu, Midi integration, and a simple presentation interface make this the perfect software for use in any presentation.

It is robust, reliable, and always improving. It is very powerful, intuitive, and easy to use.

The software is innovative and capable of great excellence with presentations. It is easy to use with song builds and versions of songs.

I love the feature of building arrangements and it makes it super easy to edit songs. Other than a couple small details, we are happy with this product.

When I don't understand how a feature works (typically user error) there is a fantastic support team that patiently seeks more information and addresses our issues.

The lack  of an undo or delete back feature is frustrating when making a mistake or major revision.

Pro Presenter 7 has great new features that weren't included in the past. The ability to go live on Facebook from within the software is great.

Its been really nothing but positive experiences for me. The best thing to do is take the time to go over tutorial.

We have trouble with program crashing and when one problem is fixed with an update another problem arises.

Each new version has brought even more capabilities which can be very useful. For example version 7 has NDI which was useful in connecting over to OBS for live broadcast.

Pro presenter is extremely intuitive which is important for me. I set up multiple uses per week for volunteers and it’s ease of use helps those volunteers win.

It's annoying to have to have the main computer on and then your computer on at the same time to make changes. I also don't like that you have to pay per computer rather than an overall subscription.

I am very happy we switched. The features allow us to accomplish more and it looks great.
