As the website admin, I use it regularly to update ministries, create forms, manage events, and send announcements, and it has saved me a lot of time. Communication has improved a lot since we can send messages by email and SMS directly from the platform, which helps keep members informed and engaged. The member app is also a big benefit—members can update their own profiles, which reduces admin work and keeps information accurate. The support team has been excellent. The member app is a big plus—members can update their own profiles, which saves me a lot of time and keeps our information accurate. It also helps keep events and announcements clear and up to date. Customer support has been excellent. They are very responsive, listen to feedback, and fix issues quickly. You can tell they are actively improving the platform. For the price, it offers great value. It has replaced multiple tools we were using before and simplified our workflow. Cons: There are occasional small glitches, but they are usually fixed quickly by the support team. Some features take a little time to fully learn, especially when you’re first getting started. We currently use Pushpay for giving, and it doesn’t integrate with Gracely yet, so we have to manage accounting and financial reports separately.
