Cataloging and keeping in touch with parishioners has been awesome and easy. Keeping track of financials and contributions was made wasy also.

The only thing I dislike about this software is not being able to rewrite or reorganize some of the reports.

It's very intuitive with a good layout, good screen prompts and useful online help. The reports I use (contribution statements, various other reports on contributions) are clear and flexible.

IconCMO is very thorough in its application but the best thing is their customer service. I have been a customer for about 6 years and over the years have reached out numerous times for help.

I've had trouble finding the search function to look up a journal entry, and I have trouble searching anonymous cash gifts.
