The mobile app required an installation...um...not guest-friendly! Our engagement and signups are through the roof and we use a lot less paper. Cannot recommend Nucleus enough...for any size church! Everything they do is based on research and accurate data. They pivot when the data changes and they communicate the “why” with excellence. This makes for excellent customer service. I have never worked with a better team of people. Every company band organization is going to have an issue arise. Nucleus also goes above and beyond to resolve any issues we’ve had. And believe me, they have been minor and minimal. Finally, the product. There is nothing quite like Nucleus and no digital church company more generous. While they make a product and run a business, it is kingdom first, always. Cons: The cost can be a bit of a stretch for us as a church of 60 people but their generosity and scholarship have made it possible. There was no reason for our own members to ever check in because nothing ever changed. It was effective at one thing though, creating a sad first impression for newcomers looking for a church home. We will never know how many people came to our old website and were quickly turned away due to outdated information and stock photos. Nucleus has been a breath of fresh air. The main thing I have seen is the trade-off of creative freedom in the formatting on the part of the administrator. In other website builders, you will have countless templates, where currently there is only one format for your Nucleus site.
