The UI is a little difficult, both on the web and the app.

Found it fairly easy to configure and there are ample  examples and demo's within the documentation when you have a question. From a price performance perspective Pastorlines is very competative.

We mainly went with PL for the price and syncing with CCB. I like supporting the smaller orgs and because of it we've had good customer service.

It's been great- the customer service has always been quick to respond and very helpful.

In addition, the automation features that allow on-boarding of new community members are fantastic and well thought out.

I found that the software can be a bit intimidating at first to use and get set up with.

Sending out a targeted text gets a much better response from those you are trying to reach and PastorsLine handles this simply and beautifully. Also, the usefulness of their app has been great.

I wouldn't say there's anything we dislike about the software.

The user interface is cluttered and confusing.

Pastorsline is packed with features and customization options, it integrates perfectly with the software solutions we already use, and their customer support is AMAZING.

We had to put our deployment on hold until PCO exited beta. The mobile app is hard to use and very limited in functionality.

The ease of use, via web, app or email is fantastic. Group texting and scheduling is by far my favorite feature.

I have a hard time with the search bar and trying to find groups at times. My groups from CCB don't update well at times, so i miss people i need to be texting.

Fantastic feature set with lots of options. Powerful integration with third party chms which is a must for us.

The integration between Membership and Financials helps to reduce work and the common errors of entering data. I can't say enough, thank you all for doing such a great job.

The software is generally user friendly and easy to navigate. The customer service and account representatives are usually friendly and kind.

It’s fairly costly and takes a long time to get up and running. It’s broken into different windows.

I also like the way it helps to mainstream our ministry workflow, by providing a variety of tools that integrate between ministries and departments.

The church app is really weak. The calendar app is clunky and it is hard to get to a specific date.

There are a few things this upgrade did not bring over from the older version which are highly missed.

What I like most about this software is the consistency and ease of use.

There is a lot of manual editing that constantly has to be done in order to not have duplicates or information entered in the wrong section, etc.

We've had several instances where when problems arose, customer service reps were just as perplexed with the issue.

I love that you can access the software via the internet at anytime instead of having to be on the church's network. The phone app is awesome and we truly love it as a staff.

This software allows us to move through our multi-step financial approval process efficiently. It allows us to track expenses and budgets easily while providing detailed reporting features.

I like that I can store notes about individual members that help me better service them.

It's revolutionized our congregational care - among many other wonderful ways it's served our church.

My overall experience has been great. It is so much better than the previous iteration, much more user friendly and visually appealing.

Our church still likes to print a directory for our older members, and I'm glad I can still do that through Shelby Next for them.

M happy with it, and the training we got leading up to implementation was excellent.

The software can be difficult to navigate and can suffer from performance issues depending on the ammount of users logged in at a time.
