It's a little awkward to block out multiple days in the calendar that aren't consecutive.

It is the best software out there for planning a service. I absolutely recommend to anyone with the budget to afford it.

Overall, we are very pleased. However, they could be more responsive to our concerns about customization.

Great solution for coordinating members to serve, great way for our musicians to communicate and prepare for leading music on Sundays, and an app for giving that our members feel comfortable using.

We have been blown away with all the functions available even on the free plan. It's so well-made, very easy to use and the customer service is very responsive and friendly.

Planning center is such great tool to inform and prepare volunteers in advance so that they can perform to the best of their ability.

My main complaint about the product is that it is difficult to create teams Volunteers and the service planning tool is awkward when applied to children’s ministries.

As a user i several times had problems with logging in, as system did not recognize i was registered by admin  twice, with the same email. So it is running 2 profiles with the very same attributes.

Customer Service is incredible. Fun, loving people want to help your church minister to and reach more people.

I love the ability to keep everyone organized into one program. Planning Center is great for organizing your teams and scheduling people to serve in different ministries.

Around Services and Check ins, Planning Center has been exceptional with customer service and helping us sort through issues. Their tutorial videos are also great.

Overall it has been able to help keep up with everyone and keep organized,  also the integration with other apps is very helpful.

It integrates well with other software we use (e.g. ProPresenter) and has an excellent free iOS app.

They genuinely care about you as a client and help you address any issues you might have. The platform is easy to work with and quite flexible for our needs.

Lagging due to connectivity issues was periodically a problem.

That is my only complaint. I know they have to make their money somewhere though so it makes sense.

It is nice we haven't had it long, so still learning and experimenting with it. But it has updated our website to look much better and the app is a plus.

Their customer service is excellent and they truly value their clients and help champion your organization's mission.

We just transitioned to Subsplash and we are very impressed with the app design and user abilities.

It was a big problem for us, as we lost a lot of credibility with our congregants since we launched on Easter.

The process for switching to Subsplash as our giving platform was made as easy as possible by the support team.

In my opinion, the online demo is misleading to the point of dishonest.

The people there and the team is amazing, the software is ever-improving, ... i highly recommend it.

The graphics library is also a bit cumbersome to use, as it simply stores all graphics you’ve uploaded, and gives you no way to sort or filter them.

The ease of use and UX is great. Easy to get app updated pushed to all users and build out was a breeze.

Scheduling a  tech support call is sometimes a pain because their availability is often limited for a day or two out.

The best feature is how easy it is to organize media content, based on series.

I was able to navigate most of the platform without much help from their help guide. Their guide for the developer accounts was very helpful.

The customer service reps are extremely helpful when you need an extra hand. It also integrates with online giving platforms and a personalized app.

Our students love to use the app and appreciate the modern feel of it. Especially compared to other free or low-cost apps we've tried having before.).

Subsplash’s customer support has been very responsive and helpful anytime I’ve needed to contact them, and our app has never had functionality issues.

Both the App Design and Web Design were intuitive and very well integrated. We are tech savvy but the ease were were able to create large amounts of content was almost rewarding.
